"Code is invalid" after updating Freedome

Hi guys,

for some reason, my subscription code no longer works. I’ve punched it in several times over the last weeks, because for some reason I don’t stay logged in when I update Freedome. 

My reference number is XXXXX, using OS X Yosemite.

May I know how many devices are currently using Freedome along with the code? Could you please provide me the Freedome code via a Private Message so that I can check further on this?
