protection off

hi all

sorry for my english

i could use freedom for 1 week but since the update 1.019 , the protection button stay on "off" . i tried other location . ( windows 10)

i try to reinstall , but same probleme . ( and i lost my free key...)

i have diag to show you , but i can't how?

    What is the current error message you see in your Freedome product? Or what happens when you turn on Freedome?

    i put on automatic boot and protection with windows

    after minutes , a small window with "sorry , an eeror has occured"

    Thanks for your screenshot. However, in order to investigate the issue further, we would like to know how you got the Freedome code? May I know from where was the free code given?

  • yes sure ( before , thx for continuing answering)

    it was a free "operation" from f-secure . this is not a " cracked key " at all.

     i got 3 free keys.

    When you say free operation, was this Freedome key got from MySafe portal? If yes, did you purchase the Safe licenses for getting the Freedome keys or was it using the Safe trial account?

     

    If it was not from MySafe account, could you please provide me a private message of your free key and how you got it so that we can check further?

    you are right , from MySafe portal

    i bought nothing.

    they send me a mail with a key

    in freedom i " valid the licence" and it was ok for 365 days

    Our limited offer (ended on 30th of September) was a “Buy SAFE, Get 1year of Freedome for free” offer.
    Consumers who do not pay for SAFE after the trial period, will be prompted to pay to continue using Freedome for free.

    Even if some may have abused our offer, Free Freedome Premium with SAFE trial was not offered by us, and it won’t be supported by F-Secure.
