Profile Installation Failed

I use Freedome for a couple of months, never had any problem, suddenly I can't turn it on, if I try to install a profile it says "Profile Installation Failed".

I use iOS.

May I know what is the version of your iOS in which you are having this issue? And is this the latest version of Freedome which is installed on your iOS?

7.1.2, I use Freedome for about half a year, it stopped working last week, I then deleted and reinstalled it, downloaded the latest verdion but still not working

Any chance to get an answer? I am still paying for it while I can't use it for 3 weeks now!

Never mind. De-installed it and stopped subscription.
