    May I know how you puchased the Freedome license for your phone? Was it purchased via the App store or via our website?

    Hi ricky1,

     

    Please try to use your license code for the Freedome installation in your new phone. It is not possible to transfer the license from one device to another at the moment. Our RND team is working on it.

     

    If you are facing any error during the validation of the Freedome, please let us know. We will help you further.
