Subscription code doesn't work after 14-days trial (beta)

Hello to all!

I installed Freedome on Sep 11 and didn't enter subscription code the same day. Now free trial has expired and my subscription code doesn't work. The message is "The code was not correct. Try again". No reinstallations or OS updates were done. What should I do? Thank you.

    Just to check with you, are you using the Beta version of the Freedome product?

     

    If it is not a Beta version, may I know how did you purchase the code for your Freedome product? Is it a single license or a multi license code?

    I am BETA tester of Freedome and I've got 3 month subscription code when I started participation at the project.
