Unable to connect to video streaming sites like Youku or Tudou

in F-Secure VPN

once the vpn is turned on, i am unable to connect to youku.com or tudou.com regardless of what server i pick. the website connects and load perfectly fine with the vpn off. any ideas why?

    Hi

     

    Deactivate the tracking option (block website trackers) but don't use  block dangerous website.

    i tried turning both browsing and tracking protection off and the website still does not load while vpn is on. this seems to happen to many other sites outside of US also.

     

    this is the error i get from the browser: ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED
