HTTP Error 409 when attempting to generate a voucher

Hi everyone,
I really appreciate this giveaway that F-Secure is doing so I can try the Freedom service. When I try to click on the "Generate a voucher" button, however, nothing happens. If I monitor network traffic while I do this, F-Secure's servers return an HTTP error "409 Conflict". Why is it conflicting? I'm not sure. I've already tried clearing my cookies and cache. I have this issue if I use Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Is there a temporary problem occuring?

Welcome to our F-Secure Community! May I know how many Safe licenses you have purchased on your Safe account? Or are you still using a trial account for SAFE?
I've purchased 0 total licenses, I wanted to try Freedome first with a voucher. A friend helped me out and I did eventually get a voucher. I tried looking now and noticied that the generate a voucher button is gone, so presumably the promotional period is over or I'm not allowed to generate vouchers?

Thanks for your update. The Freedome campaign (via Safe) was a limited offer which ended yesterday.
