I bought the version of Booster with extra features (getting the PC faster etc.). I tried to activate the product but I got a notification "problems with activating" ("Vikailmoitus: Ongelmia tuotteen aktivoinnissa"). Why? How can I fix this?
Thanx for nothing. Those links were completely useless ("check your Internet connection...etc."). There is nothing wrong with my connection. Can somebody now give me real help or solve this problem?
There's no need for rudeness. All members here are volunteers trying to help each other. You'd better contact F-Secure as I doubt anyone will want to help you on here with that attitude.
You're right. Sorry about that. It's just that right now I'm sick and tired of IT companies and teleoperators and phone companies who sell poor products and don't feel responsible for helping customers in any way with their problems. Many companies only direct to FAQ pages, "community" pages or to resellers (who ask to direct all the questions to manufacturers, because they don't know any answers...).
Once again, sorry. And by the way, problem is solved now...
