I have just uninstalled/reinstalled Freedome on my PC and now get "Could not verify your code error" when I entered the subcription code that worked fine before reinstall. How do I fix this? Many thanks
May I know from where you purchased the Freedome code and if this is a single license or a multi license code?
How many devices are using it if it is a multi license code? Could you please post a screenshot of the error message for us to check further?
I have a multilicence code bought from your website via Cleverbridge. Licence is for 3 devices. all were in use including the one on the machine it was reinstalled on. It worked fine before reinstall.
Given other posts I presume that reinstall expects new code. Not a clever system. Now also gives "fatal error -please reinstall " message so system really isn't working. What do I do to get this fixed?
