Lost my subscription

I paid for a subscription for 3 devices fot one year and used the code on my MacBook air. the other codes were used on my sister's computer and phone. freedome worked fine until I restarted my mac. When I opeNed freedome again it said that my subscription has expired. I tried to enter my code again and it says the code has been used the maximum amount of times.  The reference code for my order was XXXXXXXX. Is there any way for me to get the subscription back

    Have you uninstalled and reinstalled Freedome on your devices before?
