Cannot renew MY SAFE subscription (Get error that "Campain has expired")

Hi,

 

I bought some time ago reneval (physical paper box that contain reneval codes) for my current MY SAFE subscription (5 devices) and now I am trying to renew the subscription (for 5 devices) with the codes in the box BUT when I enter the details (renew with code) I get message that the campain has expired. 

 

How can that be so?...

 

NOTE: There is no text about campain expiration in the purchased box!!!

 

How can I get my subcription to work with my puchased subscription?

    Not sure, but maybe there's an issue when using old codes to renew licenses with newer codes, if you see what I mean.

    We can't really deal with licensing issues on here, so I would suggest that you send in a support request, including the code(s) you want to use, and explain the situation. Hopefully they will be able to advise.
  • Actually the code cannot be older than the code that I have now (in use) since I bought it roughly 6 months after from the same shop as the previous one.
