New computer

I have just purchased a new PC running on Windows 8.1. I have an existing F-Secure account and want to install it but not sure how to do it. Can you help please?

If it's F-Secure SAFE you just need to go to the SAFE portal and you can install on the new machine from there:

https://mysafe.f-secure.com/login

If it's the stand alone Internet Security, then you can just install it as you did before, and it will give you the option to transfer the license from the old machine.
