Code unverifyable after reinstallning

Hi there

I had to reboot my computer and a code that is valid still, but since it according to your FAQ uses it as a new device, I can't activate my Freedome. How do I do?

May I know if this is a single license key or a multi license key? Is there an error code seen on your computer?

 

How many devices have the Freedome code installed using this code right now?

It is a key for six months/three devices.
Device number 1 was

Device number 2 was a computer

Device number 3 was my laptop. I had to reboot my laptop and now the code won't work, even though it is the same device.

 

The error message is translated to "Code could not be verified. Please try again later"
