Need help

I forgot my f-secure security code for my android phone. I have raised two requests regarding that at the support portal, but till now i have not received any contact from the technical support team. How long should I wait? Its already been 3 days. I am not happy with the support service at all. Kindly help me out here as to what I should do. Or correct me where I have gone wrong.

I'm using Nokia e7. as soon as I changed my sim card the anti theft requests for the security code. I entered the code but it doesn't work, giving a message like "wrong code". I tried to unloch it with old sim card but it did not work either.
Could you please help me?
Will I be able to deactivate the anti-theft function before making any move on my phone like changing sim cards?
