How can I block Apple's Apple Remote Desktop Agent completely?
How can I block Apple's remote Desktop Agent completely? Does anyone know because I have the latest version of Little Snitch and I want no way that someone can remotely login to my mac. What ports do I have to block for everything including Telnet and everything else? I would truly appreciate it. I have a question how my MacMini lost it's serial number?
I will reply with a link to the machine specifics.
Turn off all the sharing settings are restart your mac mini see if that works.
Screen sharing vnc must not be enable. Remote Login must not be enable. Remote Management does not enable.
Make sure root account must not be enable.
Make sure your Firewall is turn on. Select Block All Incoming and enable stealth mode.
Make sure your wifi router firewall is also enable.
Does Littlesnitch have the option to block all incoming?
Download malwarebytes for mac and do a full scan. For any malwares or adwares.
Check to see if your mac mini can upgrade to the latest New Mac OS X release el-capitan.
I lost access to that account and I have done all those things. The computer after upgrading or whatever is not showing a serial number now. I have an idea why now. That if I report problems with the support tool they are not being tracked. I will let apple deal with losing a serial number.
Can you try this on the Terminal ...
system_profiler |grep "Serial Number (system)"

You can check your Apple Mac Mini Serial number via the Apple About on our Mac OS X.
See details of the links here:-
If the both options failed ... 1 problem could be the Mac Mini Logic Board that need to be sent for repair...
Thank you Rusli and everyone else for the very kind help and advice.
