Freedom works with laptop, but not with iPad - same wireless connection?

in F-Secure VPN

Just purchased F-secure Freedom for 3 devices, it works fine with my laptop ( 2-in-1, Windows 10) but not with iPad, however they are both using the same wireless internet connection!?

It says it can't create VPN connection. What should I do?

    Actually, it doesn't really work in my laptop (Windows 10) either, it says it is now protected, but actually it didnt protect. Ipad says can't create VPN connection. Is the problem in the wireless router and if -how can I unblock the router or what should I do to be able to use Freedom?

    Hello Kuka,

     

    Could you review the settings on your router so that the necessary ports are allowed.

     

    Could you also give more details on this part of your last post  "it says it is now protected, but actually it didn't protect."

    How did you notice the failure to protect your PC?
