freedome can't establish vpn connection in own WLAN

dear all,

 

config: iphone 5s, ios 8.4.1, freedome installed with new profile

 

problem:

- CAN'T establish vpn connection in own WLAN with iphone

- but CAN establish vpn connection in other WLAN's or 3G / 4G/ ... with iphone

- my labtop windows vista CAN establish vpn connection in own WLAN

 

Can someone help me? i dont want to switch on/off freedome all the time for using iphone in my own WLAN... Smiley Sad

    Hello Mr_Juicy,

     

    Is there any kind of error message when Freedome does not connect to your WLAN? Does it occur with all the locations in the Freedome application?

     

    What happens when you try to connect? Please brief us on the issue happening when you try to connect.

    IMG_1011.PNGThis is the message i receive after around half a minute or longer waiting when i try to get a vpn connection.

     

    i tried out several different locations, the same problem for all occurs.
