freedome is not able to establish vpn connection

Dear all,

 

my freedome app on iphone ios 8.4.1 is not able to establish a vpn connection when i am on my own WLAN at home. However, freedome can establish a vpn connection on my own WLAN at home with windows vista labtop. freedome on my iphone however can establish a vpn connection trought 3G / 4G or other WLAN's without problems.

 

so thats my problem and question to solve: why can't i establish a vpn connection with iphone in my own WLAN, but all other conficurations work?
