I want a refund asap

I purchased a plan for one year with F secure free do.  and none of the locations work. It keeps saying unexpected error. There are no firewalls on my router so I can't be bothered. Please send me a pm to provide you with my apple ID and cancel this subscription immediately. Failure to do so in 48 hours will raise a complaint to the Apple store. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear about your issue with the Freedome application. Unfortunately, app store purchases do not have refund for the Freedome purchase (this is from the app store side and not from the F-Secure side), but purchases made through our own e-store has a 30 day money back guarantee. Based on your initial post, may I know how did you purchase the product?

    In this case, let me try my best to help you further on this issue. Can I get further information regarding the issue to check further?

    Are you using Freedome on an iOS device? May I know what is the device in which you are having this issue?
