Subscription problems

Hey, I have tried to renew my subscription but with no joySmiley Mad As my sub had ended I proceeded to pay through Pay Pal but forgot to enter my new card details, it appears to be waitng for payment but will not let me go any furth to renew. I am running Windows 10 and have uninstalled F-Secure after seeing other threads with W 10 issues. Can anyone help? cheers

    Hi DaveDave,

     

    For renewing your F-Secure product, once you have submitted your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can make your payment. Once your payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by PayPal, delivery of the ordered products will be initiated.

     

    Since you mentioned you have not updated your new card details, please check with Paypal directly to see how to proceed further with your order.
