3 Computer Licence for F Secure Boost

I have bought a 3 Computer Licence for the Secure Boost and whilst it appears to have installed on the first computer ok it wont install on the second one I am entering the same licence code and it is coming up with an unknown erroer and wont install. What do I do now to get it to install

    Hi Levy,

     

    May I know what is the OS of the computer in which you are trying to install and use your second license?

    Also, please provide us the exact error message seen during the activation.

    Hi Laksh,

     

    The first computer that it has installed on ok is running Windows Vista, the second one that it has failed to install on is running Windows 7 Home Premium.

     

    I have a 3 Licence subscription to F Secure already installed on both these computers with no issue but the F Secure Boost says when I enter the code into the Licence that there is an unknown error please contact customer services.

     

    I haven't proceeded yet to trying an install on the 3rd computer which also runs Windows 7

    Retry the code validation once the steps mentioned in the above articles are followed. If the issue persists, could you please check if there is any other Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware programs installed on your computer?
