F-secure Internet Security From Virginmedia incompatible with Windows 10

Having a nightmare with

Internet Security 

going to reinstall from safe 

the Virginmedia download is totally incompatible with windows 10

The download comes in as windows 8

My upgrade was from windows 7 to 10

have run test with windows 10 

will not even start will not reinstall tried testing in differeent settings for windows 7 / 8 can't even get for 

Windows 10 

have reporteds to Microsoft 

Think you might need to upgrade the reinstall link to match windows 10

    Hi metaloona,

     

    The Virgin Media Safe does support Windows 10. What is the error message you see when you try to reinstall on your Windows 10 machine?

     

    Please try to uninstall any previous installation of Virgin Media Safe and retry the installation.

    If the issue persists, could you please provide us the screenshot of the error?
