The licemce code I have been given is not working. Keeps comming up code is not correct. Please can you send me another code. My order refeernce number is xxxxx.

Firstly, this is an open forum, so you shouldn't post details like order numbers or other account details on here, as anyone can see them.  You might want to edit your post, if a forum admin doesn't get to it first.

 

You will need to create a Support Ticket with a licensing issue to get this resolved, but first check that you are inputting the key correctly, as this is the first thing they will ask.   Make sure you're not putting a zero (0) instead of a letter O, for example.
