Cannot restore freedome as not same id

I have purchased a 1 month subscription on my iPad. I then had to change my password on my Apple ID.

I then logged on my iPhone and tried to restore with the same id but it says different ids are being used.

iCloud and Apple ID are the same on both devices

    If you are trying to install the Freedome on your iPhone, have you tried to download it from the Apple App store directly? Are you able to restore when downloaded from the App store?
