Banking Protection not activating for 2 bill payment sites

I have 2 Bill Payment sites that the Banking Protection doesn't activate for.  I have Window's 7 pro OS and use the latest version of Firefox browser.   The 1st site is Verizon ....  https://www.verizon.com/foryourhome/MyAccount/ngen/upr/signin.aspx?session=n&goto=https://www22.verizon.com:443/foryourhome/ebillpay/code/Payments_New.aspx  ..... on that page there is a drop down menu to go in to "Pay My Bill"  but when you log in there the Banking Protection doesn't activate.

Also, when I go to pay my electric bill at Duquesnelight.com or ...  https://www.duquesnelight.com/forYourHome/Default.cfm  .....  at the top when you click on "Manage My Account", the next page over to the left is Payment Options.  Again, going in to pay my bill under any of the payment options(mainly "Schedule a One-Time Payment") the Banking Protection doesn't activate.

I really like the Banking Protection but when it doesn't activate, then I feel vulnerable.  If there is some way these sites could be added to the Banking Protection, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you very much!

ps.  I sent in a Bug report (SAFE_BUG-00803) in the Beta Feedback section on the main page when you click on FSProtection icon on my desktop, too.  I wasn't sure if we were still supposed to submit bug reports there or report them here now.   Its been a little bit since I submitted/reported a bug, & wasn't sure where to post.  Thanks!

    Hi @mp07

Any problems with ratings (URL, files) you can submit directly to analysts through https://analysis.f-secure.com/portal/login.html. If you create account, then you will also receive response when the rating has been fixed.

Any other problems with the beta product should be submitted to beta.f-secure.com and those come to the R&D development teams.

    Thank you very much Ville,

To make sure I understand.....   I sent in a Bug report in the FSecure Beta area, about the Banking Protection not activating for those sites.  Is that what I was supposed to do for that?  Or should I submit those sites directly to analysts, to the link you just provided?

    Thanks so much again!

    Hi,

Please submit the URLs directly to analysis.f-secure.com. The bug reports come to us (R&D) but we can't change ratings for URLs or files. That is the job for malware analysts.

We can of course submit them from the bug report on your behalf, but this way you will get directly feedback from analysts.

Ok, I got it now.  I will send it to them then.

    Thank you very much!
