Freedome Problem with Warsaw, Poland location

Hi.

What's happend with this location? For a few days. The use of this location is impossible. When connected with this localtion, my Internet speed slows from 13Mb/s to 1-2Ms/s. My ping grows up from 20 do 500. I'm from Poland and now must connecting with German server (10Mb/s ping 60-80). Please repair Warsaw location, I want use my country location.

Yes, this problem still occurs. I send my Internet Speed results:

3. Freedome ON (Germany)             http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4579507295

4. Freedome ON (Finland)                http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4579502538

The maximum speed of my connection is 13Mb/s. All of the above speedtesty did on connecting to the same server.

On Warsaw location You fixed only ping. Now is ~24, then it was ~1100.
