Windows 10 Problems
Hi
I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Despite having 81 days left on my annual subscription via Virgin Media, FSecure on my computer is reporting that it has expired. I would try and shut down FSecure and re-start it, but none of the buttons or tabs work.
I have tried to re-install from MySAFE but it just tells me that it is already installed?
So, I am not actually protected despite being a paying customer!

Try using the uninstallation tool to uninstall it, then reinstall via the SAFE portal. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

Thanks. I am tryig to re-install now although OneDrive has just started a 50GB sync (forgot about the back up I put in there!)
Strangely. When I tried to register the licence it told me I had used all my 4 licences up (I thought I paid for 5) and did not recognise my original key (which might be explained by the upgrade)
