Why doesn't F-Secure for Mac also detect windows virus?

Mac detection was 100% but only 28% verus windows malware on latest AV Comparatives report. Mac Security Review/Test 2015 Report released! "http://t.co/quIayG9ut8"

    Sorry if I'm missing something, but FS for Windows and FS for Mac are two different products. If you're using a Mac, why would you worry about Windows viruses?

    I know it doesn't affect my Mac but it would be nice to make sure I'm not sending something to my Windows friends. Also most of the other venders detect both Windows and Mac viruses on their Mac products.
