Freedome add and remove devices?

Hi

If I buy a 3 device license and use it on 3 devices can I later remove one of those devices and add another one?

For example if I get a new phone and the remove my old phone and add the new.

Think I found the answer in other posts. Basically you are **bleep**ed if you buy a 1 year license on the f-secure website and change device.
