Is anyone else shocked about time ? You close your eyes and then a couple of years or more is gone!

I was thinking about human life and technology too. It is amazing how fast it moved. I just closed my eyes and we went from 4 gigs of ram to pentiums. Then analog cell phones to a mobile supercomputer in your pocket. When I was working really hard it went by super fast. When I am lazy not doing much it goes By super fast when your sick it goes by super fast. Does anyone do anything to make it seem longer than the passage of time seems?
