Report only mentions one of two found spyware

The report states that I have to restart to finish the desinfection but it only mentions one of the found spywares. The one that was put into quarantine. The second infected file isn't mentioned ANYWHERE! Why is that?? Ergebnis: Viren: 0 Spyware: 2 Verdächtige Elemente: 0 Riskware: 0 Aktionen: Desinfiziert: 0 Umbenannt: 0 Gelöscht: 0 In Quarantäne: 1 Fehlgeschl.: 0

Sorry for my reply.

 

But does you have experience about "History of removal" (History of viruses and spyware).

It's should be placed under "Main UI -> Settings -> Manual Scanning.. or ..Real-time scanning -> as link for History of removal".

Maybe it's will be with information about both of spyware items. Or should be with information about "mistakes" during clean-actions (for another spyware)..

 

If you have experience about this place too.... maybe it's mean that it was same item. Such as file under zipped archive or resource/library/other under executable file. And it was detection for "container.exe" and for "container.exe:spyware.dll". Just as suggestion.

 

As workaround maybe you can to re-check settings about actions after scanning for manual decision (each time). Maybe it will be more visible picture. Quarantine and settings how I remember... with different design for Viruses and Spyware (if it's not detected as malicious).

 

Sorry again for reply and if I wrong understand your setting and background. And sorry for not nice English.

It only shows one entry but several files where quarantined. It could be that.
