I am hoping you can help. I bought a multi platform subscription, but deleted the email. I still have it active on my pc but I can't find the code anywhere.

    Do you have any proof of purchase still available?

     

    Could you tell me from where you bought your subscription and did you use the same email address as the one used for community?

    Could you us how and where your purchased your license, was it a single or multi-platform license? Is it currently in use on any other devices? Did you have to factory reset your tablet and since it does not work?
