Scheduled Scan

Not completed a scheduled scan for several weeks.
Won't do it regardless whatever setting I use.

I contacted fSecure and "Sethu "sorted out the problem for me.
It took a complete re-install and a bit of fiddling about.
He spent about half an hour sorting out my laptop. It's working fine now.
He's a "star" and I said so on the feedback.

But, if you feel that you need to, or just want to find out why the scans are not completing, then I suggest you send in a support ticket, attaching an FSDIAG, as there could be a number of reasons why a scan doesn't complete, and we would just be guessing without further information.
I assume your Windows is up to date, and that you don't have any other anti virus software on the machine?
I can go into the page, choose when I want to conduct a scan, but it just ignores it.
I can manually scan, which it will if I click on the logo on my desk top and choose advance scan.
But the scanning report only shows the last time it did a scheduled scan.
The only other security is Windows Firewall
