Scheduled Scan

In my opinion, there's not really any need to do a full scan regularly, as the program will be monitoring in real time, and would block any malicious activity anyway.
But, if you feel that you need to, or just want to find out why the scans are not completing, then I suggest you send in a support ticket, attaching an FSDIAG, as there could be a number of reasons why a scan doesn't complete, and we would just be guessing without further information.
I assume your Windows is up to date, and that you don't have any other anti virus software on the machine? -
Thanks for the response.
I can go into the page, choose when I want to conduct a scan, but it just ignores it.
I can manually scan, which it will if I click on the logo on my desk top and choose advance scan.
But the scanning report only shows the last time it did a scheduled scan.
The only other security is Windows Firewall -
