Parental Controls settings

It would save a lot of time and hassle if the application control part of parental control in Android (Nexus 10, latest Android version) allowed for this to be an option (ie parent can decide whether they want to control apps at all or not).  I don't care about apps but want parental controls on.  Given the number of changes to app file names for the tens of apps we have there is  a constant need to Allow app use which is driving me bonkers. 

 

It would also be helpful to have some reporting in the admin portal on My Safe re parental control actions.  It seems very poor not to have any usage data at all..
