Freedome problem: Could not verify your code. Please try again later.

I recently had to re-install my OS - windows 8.1. Now when I input my subscription code into Freedome I get the message: Could not verify your code. Please try again later.

This has been like this for several days & will not let me subscribe.

Any assistance would be very helpful.
