problem with 3 month subscription code for new user

i have a 3 month subscription code that i got for new register user, when i try to enter the code in freedome that freedome set me to my email, it keep show that the code "the code is not correct" why? it tell us that the expired is on 2016... i try to enter again and still not working.. anyone have similar problem?
