Downloads won't complete while F-Secure is running.

Hi, whenever I try to download something larger than, say, 2MB it will get stuck just before completion whenever F-Secure is running. 

 

I have tried downloading the same files (noteably java and graphics drivers) on both Chrome and Internet Explorer and the downloads get stuck in both cases. When I turn off F-Secure, the downloads complete.

Delete
