I thought this software blocked mature/adult content from the web. I have found a fault in testing it. Some images can still be found on the "image tab" on google. Any suggestions? I have blocked everything the software allows. Can this software not give me reports on what sites were visited and blocked?

How are you using the Parental Controls?  The function works based on Windows user accounts, so if you want to set parental controls, you need to be using them with a Limited user account in Windows, as if you are using an Admin account in Windows, the parental control settings will be overridden by the Windows account setting, if you follow me.  These two articles may be of some use:
