I have tried online chat several times and get a blank screen.  Is it working?  I live in the Eastern US time zone and have logged on for it at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.   One thing I'm wondering is if the hours are GMT in the UK?  The hours posted for US are 9 to 18.  Thank you for any reply

    Hi Jack,

    The Chat service hours are the business hours of your location, so technically it should work wherever you are. However, you're not the first person to comment on the service not being answered / available.

    No, thank you Simon.  I tried two different browsers assuming it might be a browser problem.  After filling out all the information and attempting to start it, I just get a blank screen.
