Blue Screen / Banking protection



when activating Banking protection and login Banking-page PC crashes with Blue screen.

Windows 7/64, Error 0x0000000a, Minidump shows tcpip.sys (and ntoskrnl.exe)  as responsible.

If Banking protection is not checked there is no problem.

What could I do instead of deactivating Bankong protection?

    Sorry, I don't have an immediate solution to this, but hopefully someone more technical then me will respond soon.  My guess is that it's a Networking or System problem, not necessarily caused by F-Secure, but possibly a reaction to one of FS's processes.


    If you don't get any further responses here, then I suggest you submit a Support Ticket, attaching an FSDIAG from the Support Tool, so the tech guys can have a look at your system.
