My guess is, if the app on your phone is saying it's active, and that your phone is protected, then it probably is, in which case, this sounds like a possible licensing issue (assuming the license on your phone is the same as that registered in your SAFE portal), so you'd need to Contact Support to get it sorted, as we can't deal with that on here for privacy and security reasons.
