Safe .. new upgrade completely crashed my laptop

Hi can anyone help as i cannot get through to live chat .... i have started the new upgrade ( i am a virgin customer ) it has completely crashed my new laptop windows 8.1 for 5 hours now it has been trying to repair my laptop using diagnostic tools etc repairing disc errors / restarting HELP PLEASE

Hi, this sounds like a possible conflict with another anti virus product. Was Virgin Media Security fully removed before installing F-Secure?

yes f secure was my set up complete .. this was a free upgrade so i clicked upgrade and boom all gone wrong

no cannot access my laptop .. it is going from diagnostics to repairing disc .. restarting then doing same process over and over again

Sorry, I don't really know what else to suggest. If you could get into safe mode, you could possibly remove F-Secure using the uninstallation tool, but I don't want to advise anything which might make things worse. I guess you're going to have to turn it off at some point, though. If you can find a way to use it, here's the uninstallation tool:

Hopefully, someone else might have some other ideas.
