SAFE Alarm Password?

Hey there,

 

So I logged in to F-SECURE from my PC and had it set off an alarm on my tablet to see where it was. I found my tablet, but now can't get the alarm to stop. It's asking for a password and I don't recall ever setting one up. My F-SECURE password for my log-in has not worked, nor any other I usually use. The noise is VERY loud and it won't allow me access to my tablet until it's been put in.. which is ridiculous! I didn't ask it to lock, just to set an alarm off. 

 

Any ideas on how to stop this? I've removed the F-SECURE program from my tablet via my F-SECURE log-in thinking that would stop it and then I can re-install but nope, still going.

Unfortunately not but thank you for replying! It's my tablet that's got the alarm going off on it and as far as I know there is no way to send an SMS to a tablet. I also don't know the security code to have sent to it. I've contacted support via email to see if they can disable the alarm. Thankfully turning my tablet off stops the noise so that's a relief! Just can't use it until this is sorted.
