unload and reload

i have to unload and reload my f-secure around 6 times a day to get the internet working why is this ?

What operating system (eg. Win7 64-Bit) and version of F-Secure (eg. FIS 2012) is installed?

Is any other AV software installed?

windows 7 ultimate, 2011 version no other version of anti-virus installed, cheers

I am just curious. Were you able to fix this problem? What did F-Secure do about it?

no not able to resolve had to un-install and re-install total of 4 times so far and will be dumpinf not so f secure if it goes again and f secure are NO HELP what so ever not interested no reply to email......PAH!

MCAFEE will be going on this comp very soon.
