Recovering of subscription key

I have lost my Freedom subscriptionkey, how can I recover it? Bought it from Play store, I do not have the email left, only thing I have left is the receipt number. Who do I contact?

I asked how to recover lost subscription key, I haven't uninstalled anything. I thought I needed it to use Freedom on my tablet, but found out that I don't (as long as I use same Google account), so problem solved but my question is still unanswered on how to recover lost key (if possible)?
