Freedome subscription problem

Freedome stopped working for me about two weeks ago. In google play it says subscription renewed but the app says I'm not subscribed.

Dopo avere inserito il programma nel pc per quattro volte non mi accetta il  key mi dice che è error mi sono visto costretto a dover disabilitare per ben 4 volte il programma perchè dopo un pò di tempo non funziona più mi dica in italiano cosa devo fare per farlo funzionare. grazie

@dutt Did you reinstall the app? Could you tell us how you see that the app is not working? Do you get an error message? What is the device and Android version affected?

 

@cuomo337 , unfortunately this community is not localized in Italian, could you please repost in English so that the biggest number can assist you?

@Ben...a reinstall fixed it. Don't know why I didn't even consider that before. Thanks!
