Banking Mode White List
I have request several times over the last 4 months that my bank; mymerrill.com be added to the white list for banks. I still can not log in using my DELL Lap Top, running Windows 7. Or using my Samsung Galazy s5. I have downloaded the mymerrill app but it never loads onto my telephone. The only way
I can look at my bank account is to disable Banking Mode. Or go to a public PC like at the library or school login and conduct business; then shut the computer off so that deep freeze can clean off my information.
I have tried calling customer support, they recommend I send the LapTop to Microsoft, for $600 fee it can be fixed. I thought I had read this is a scam?
Is there a solution, other than using another type of security? Thank You

I certainly wouldn't recommend sending your laptop away for repair as a solution, and would also be very surprised if that advice came genuinely from F-Secure.
When you say you have made the request 4 times, is that via support tickets? Have you had any response at all to them? You could also try using the file / url analysis service which may whitelist the banking url. Always seek support via the main F-Secure website, as there has been a case recently of a website posing fraudulently as anti-virus support for various vendors, F-Secure included.
