monthly subscription payment was successful, freedome still asks to subscribe again


I have been using freedome for months without problems. Also this month, the payment was done on 30th March successfully but the service stopped to work in the beginning of April. When I try to open freedome, it asks me to order it now. If I choose the option,  it now, it closes the application. If I choose the option order now, the application crashes down. Is there anyway I could use this service I paid for? I already contacted f-secure support but they said they do not give any support to freedome and therefore can't help me... Smiley Sad
