Hi, can someone help witha question i can't find the exact answer to please?

I have used 5 licenses i purchased, buy the hard drive has crashed on my pc and I would like to use that license ona New laptop.So, can i transfer a license to another device somehow?

Yes, when you go to licence the new installation, it will give you the option to re-use or move one of your existing licenses (I'm not sure what the exact terminology is, but it will be quite clear).  If you're using SAFE, then I think you do it all through the portal, and you pick the device which is now inactive to take the licence from.  With FSIS, i think it's a bit more of a 'lucky dip', but it usually seems to find the correct licence to re-use.  If not, and you then find one of your other devices unlicensed, just repeat the process with that device.
