CAT Telecom (TH) - Nebula (FI) unacceptable slow

We have serious problems with dowload speed from Thailand (CAT Telecom) to Finland (Nebula, which Freedome is using).

 

Maximum dowload speed (Speedtest.net) is around 0.2Mbps, average 0.17Mbps.

    What are you network speeds what you are not connected to a VPN. It is not unsual for a VPN to slow a connection so if you are initial connection is not very good your VPN will be even worse.

     

    When you connect to a freedome location closer to your real location do you still get below 1mbps?
